Garrett Isaacson

Owner and President

Garrett is no stranger to residential and commercial window and door installation. He has been working in the industry for over 20 years. He’s a graduate of California State University, Long Beach. He was a Territory Account Manager for Milgard Windows for over 16 years and worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley for five years. Garrett was also the project manager for many large-scale apartment and condominium projects. When not working, Garrett is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing and boating. He’s also a dog lover.

Rory Hammons

Production Manager

Rory has over two decades of experience in the glass business and is the lead on custom mirror fabrication, shower door designs and installation, and custom glass displays. He is also window and door installation certified. At home, he’s a proud father and enjoys coaching soccer.

David Mcminn

Project Consultant

David has been part of the home improvement industry for over two decades. As a previous owner of one of the largest home improvement companies in the Valley, he specialized in windows, doors, patio covers, and sunroom design and installation. David is heavily committed to local and international communities. In 2008, he helped found a non-profit group dedicated to assisting community members living with addiction and homelessness in the Valley. He was one of the founders of a non-profit group in Mexico that has been training indigenous youth in the construction trades and teaching life skills since 2011. For over 20 years, David has been a baseball youth coach. He is the current baseball coach at Franklin High School. David is the father of five children and has been happily married for over 30 years.

Cameron Isaacson

Install Lead and Product Partner

For over 15 years, Cameron has been working in the window industry and has 16 years of experience in Senior Management. He is window and door installation certified. Cameron is also the Owner and President of the Local Garage Force, a floor coating company. He’s a proud father and coach of two kids and has been married for over 17 years. Cameron enjoys being outdoors and snow skiing.
