I had 3 bids done and educated myself a little in terms of retrofit windows before calling Garrett at Premier Window Supply. Garrett showed up on time and gave me his objective opinion on aluminum, vinyl, and fiberglass windows (and also a fair competitive price). I decided new fiberglass retrofit windows would be the best fit for my needs. 6 weeks later Rory arrived with custom Milgard windows that seem like they are of commercial quality. Rory's installation was top notch and the windows look as though they should have always been there. I'm very happy with the price and the install and will recommend PWS to friends and family. We had eleven windows replaced by premiere. Garrett Isaacson and his company were a pleasure to work with. David came and took measurements and explained what would happen when they were installed. We had the old steel single pain windows from 1950 and they had to be handled very differently than regular windows to leave the casement in so as not to destroy our stucco. It took a long time for the windows to come in from Milgard because of the current supply chain issues but they were worth the wait. The crew headed up by Rory was prompt polite and professional. They replaced all but one that hadn't come in and returned as soon as it did to finish the job. Afterward we had a small issue but Garrett was responsive and quick to see to the fix himself. We are delighted with the quality and cost of the milgard vinyl windows and the improvement they have made in the cooling of our home and are so very grateful to Premiere for the high standards they display. I feel confident that if we have any future issues I can reach out to Garrett for advice or follow up. Thank you!

Amazing work!! We had Garrett replace all the windows in our house. 10 windows, 2 sliders and he converted another slider to an awesome French door. Very knowledgeable, punctual and affordable. The install went great, and the guys were super friendly. Top level craftsmanship. I highly recommend them… you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been doing business with Garrett for years. He’s professional and honest. Since he started Premier Window, I’ve had him do two jobs for me. They were both finished on time and to my standard. His installation crew is excellent. They get the work done in a timely fashion and are neat and clean. No doubt I’ll continue to use Premier for my windows and installations.

We have a 70 year old home that had single pane windows. We hired Premier Window Supply to replace the windows. They did an excellent professional job, improving our energy and appearance. Also, Premier installed a custom frameless shower door… beautiful! I would highly recommend Premier Window Supply for any of your window and shower door needs.
Garrett, owner of Premier Window Supply, and his installer David and his team are excellent at what they do. Garrett recommended retrofitting my 90’s arch windows to rectangle and doing custom wood jamb and casing around them. That change was the best decision I made on this project by his recommendation and experience. I also went with black “dark bronze” exteriors, the second best decision. His team was clean, and the work was impeccable. I had one issue on a door and Garrett is already taking care of it with Milgard. It’s a relief to have someone listen to and address concerns when you’re spending a lot of money on a project. Speaking of, Garrett’s price was by far cheaper than my local glass company and Home Depot. I’m talking a savings of thousands on my project. I also had Garrett order and build my shower enclosure for half the cost of my local guy. It looks amazing! Go with Premier Window Supply, Garrett is and upstanding businessman who is there every step of the way insuring you’re a happy customer.

We had complete window replacement in April 2020 from Premier Window Supply. We could not be happier with the results. The vinyl Milgard built windows are perfect; the installation by Garrett Isaacson’s professional crew was the best example of professional craftsmanship. We requested a quote for new windows, and they came out, took measurements, and got back to us in less than a week. We had over 40 new windows put in and the crew was so friendly and so clean. They never left a mess, they cleaned the windows, and were overall very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.
Retrofit Windows took two days to install all the windows for the whole house. Company was very professional and precise with their work. Amazing company! Do not go anywhere else as the price is right and the windows are top quality!
